FLOWER + STONE ELIXIRS
Ancient people knew the healing force of plants and minerals. The early Daoists, for instance, would drink the morning dew of flowers as an elixir. Flower and stone essences are subtle vibrational remedies that work on the emotional layers of our lives in a supportive, gentle way. Each client receives a customized flower + stone elixir to continue the healing outside of the office.
Each client receives one on one guidance in building their own individualized self-care toolkit, so that they can be empowered in continuing their healing whenever they want.
HOLISTIC PELVIC CARE™
Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a form of deeply nourishing pelvic floor therapy developed by author and physical therapist Tami Kent. This work helps you to re-establish connection to your root. A combination of physical and energetic tools are used to assess and then restore balance to the pelvic space of the body.
FOOD AS MEDICINE
Rather than recommending a certain diet, I support you in learning to eat more intuitively, listening to your body’s natural cues and noticing what foods feel energizing and which feel depleting. We balance this with nutritional wisdom from East Asian medicine, Ayurveda and holistic western dietetics. Part of reclaiming our bodies is nourishing them. I come with a lens that is affirming of all body shapes & sizes.

HERBAL PELVIC STEAMS
Herbal pelvic steams (also known as vaginal steams, v-steams and yoni-steams) are a gentle, effective and potent way of working with plant medicine to support womb and pelvic healing. You will receive steams in office with a customized blend of herbs and guidance on how to steam at home.

Mindfulness and intuition are two kinds of listening. Mindfulness is the listening to our being in relationship to the earth. Intuition is the listening of our being in relationship to the cosmos. With extensive training in both mindfulness-based counseling and intuitive healing, it’s amazing to see the depth of healing and self-awareness that can happen when they are both woven into sessions.
